Youth Martial Arts & Fitness
Our Youth program is a mix of martial arts that cover the four ranges, punching, kicking, trapping and grappling as well as kali/Escrima. The curriculum is to develop the body and mind of students so they may transfer their success on the mat to everyday life . Not only are authentic martial arts taught but also leadership skills and core values. The value of martial arts helps the student in the classroom, at home and prepares them for the future.
