Kickboxing & Functional Fitness (KBFF) class focuses on the qualities that are needed to maintain and promote a healthy body. KBFF class improves cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Improvement in the skill related components of fitness are increased agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed.

It also torches a lot of calories

This class uses all of the physical tools of kickboxing and various strength and conditioning equipment along with calisthenics to create a fun and challenging experience. No classes are the same whether you are new to fitness or an advanced athlete.
